This is a great place to stay. I came because my water pipes were frozen and I couldn't find a plumber. The front desk person on Friday was wonderful and worked with me as I waited to see if I was able to get my water back on. I loved the breakfast. The room was cozy and quiet. Five stars and I would definitely come back again

Newer hotel with a Starbucks Bistro, and indoor swimming pool. Nicely laid out and decorated. Rooms are spacious, mattresses are comfortable, and shower was hot with good pressure. The floors however have a terrible skweak down the hallway. Felt bad for the folks below me and the folks above me were active most the night. Sounded like a heard of Elk but probably just a couple kids on a skweaky floor but what a distraction. Also the disinfectant used in the rooms is way to much and the smell is overwhelming to the point our eyes watering and we were sneezing. We asked the front desk to have housekeeping NOT clean our rooms hoping the odor would dissipate. Sadly, cannot reccomend.

I've been a regular customer (8-9 nights/month) at this location as it is close to one of my project site for business. Unfortunately for my recent visit, the front desk clerk wasn't trained enough to handle a late checkout situation professionally. It was certainly a miscommunication/misunderstanding situation which has costed me some great relationships/friends (like breakfast folks, other front desk etc) I know at the location. I'll be glad to take my business elsewhere as I'm not interested in dealing with such a situation again. Hopefully this gives the business/management team an opportunity to consider rigorous training for the front desk staff.

One night stop on our way further south. Very clean. New hotel. Modern bathroom. Only downside is we were in a room that had the connecting door to the room next door thru which sound seemed to travel very easily. Although a quick call to the front desk and they called the guests next door to ask them to be quieter since it was 10:50 pm. Very thankful for that! Will stay here again if we come this way!

Booked here based on reviews and was very pleased with our stay! King size bed, very comfortable...shower was large, room was great, breakfast for 2 was $15 when we booked, the actual cost was $25.00...oh, and Starbucks coffee...yes for the win!!! Front desk staff was great! The lounge area is large, comfortable seating...we'll definitely come back!!!
